Based on the serial number (YC97060493) I am assuming that this is a 1997. However I have not been able to find much about this particular serial number. I am not a bicycle enthusiast that has a ton of knowledge in this area, but I do understand the value of these classics. The frame came from a bicycle shop that went out of business because of the owner passing away. This frame was in his personal collection that was not for sale. I believe the frame is in great condition. Obviously based on the age it is not perfect. Please make sure to review all pictures.
